You can choose single distill tower to save money, also can choose 2-7 distill column or more to get superfine quality alcohol(ethanol) or even higher ones.
Fermentation tank( fermenter) is a vessel with cooling apparatus , with the inner coil cooler. Steam can also be introduced into the bottom for sterilization.In alcohol production process,saccharified mash enters into the fermentation tank. Under the action of yeast, glucose is conversed to ethanol and carbon dioxide, and achieve the conversion from fermentable sugars to alcohol.
